As an essential business, GoSun is working around the clock to serve existing customers so they can thrive in their social isolation, without the need to re-fuel or re-supply. 

These are incredibly trying times, especially for those at our hospitals and clinics. We want to thank the healthcare providers, international cooperation and those rooted in science, who are committed to resolutions with minimal exposure. 

While isolation may seem lonely, there is a great way to stay in touch with our community. We have enjoyed hearing about how our customers are using this opportunity to connect with nature, and each other (digitally of course) while using GoSun products. Hello Chill Backer,

We are happy to complete the fulfillment and delivery (except in a couple international locations) of this incredibly successful campaign.  The Chill is a super helpful adventure partner, and when combined with the full Solar Kitchen, we no longer use fuel or ice for our outdoor kitchen.  The GoSun Team is experiencing this on a regular basis; the Chill has powered the fun during recent roadtrips, BBQ's, parties, work sessions and power outages.  

It is time to Chill.

Here's a few reminders to get the most from your Chill set-up:

* keep all electrical components (PowerBank, Adapters, Cords, Bungees, Phone, etc) in the Pouches so you'll always know where they are

* empty and clean (simple wipe down) the Chill directly after each use, so it always fresh inside 

* charge the Powerbank immediately after use so it is stored full and ready, you will need it someday

Share and Inspire Others

Whether you know it or not, you are helping lead a new frontier in outdoor living. Having a cooler that does not need ice and can run on solar power is novel and people will want to know about how it works.  If you find yourself becoming a GoSun salesman, we have an Ambassador Program where you can earn a kickback for your promotion.  

The stories are starting to pour in about how our wonderful customers are taking advantage of thier Chill.  Marvin Rouse, in Naples, FL told us that he saved his families frozen food after his home's fridge suddenly stopped working.  After three days of carrying the full 40 liters of food, he was pleased that everything was still frozen solid; no frost had built up and no moisture damaged the goods. 

Fueling the fun and keeping us from the soggy, pulverized and contaminated cooler life.  

Over the Holiday break, we delivered a bunch of GoSun solar ovens to Global Empowerment Mission in Miami, FL.  The 2,000+ mile road trip was fed (cold drinks, salad, cheese, leftovers, eggs, etc) daily by the Chill.  From the van to the campsite, to the hotel, to the condo, to the beach, to the boat, to the studio, to the party, and back to the van, the Chill was there with us everywhere (remember it has wheels, too).

We are very excited to begin shipping Chills to our customers just in time for storing ice or drinks for those Holiday parties.

In case you missed it, here's the How To Chill Video so you can optomize your Chilling experience. 

Below are order specific details to inform you when to expect your Chills and accessories. Please note, we are doing our very best to get these into your hands before the holidays. As such, the Chills will be shipping first. Those who have additional items in their orders will receive separate shipments containing remaining purchases. The details of these shipments are below for reference:

US & Canada Backers 

• Our partner facility has processed the Chills for shipping today! Tracking numbers are being added to orders throughout the day. 

• Non-Chill items, including Fusions for Solar Kitchen reward levels and accessories purchased through Backerkit, will be shipping over the next two weeks.

• Solar Tables for Chill + Solar Table and Solar Kitchen reward levels will be shipping separately, with an estimated delivery in January.

• All Chill specific add-ons purchased through BackerKit (extra powerbanks, 30W, Solar Tables) will be fulfilled in January as well.

• Those who have not completed the BackerKit survey will be fulfilled in January with our next fulfillment disbursement.

International Backers:

• Chills and Solar Tables are in transit to our fulfillment partners, with an estimated delivery time-frame of late December - early January. We will continue to update our international backers as shipments are received, cleared, and sent out to customers.

• VAT payments have been completed through BackerKit. If you have not finished your survey and completed VAT payment, please do so as soon as possible to avoid delays. 

• Non-Chill items, including Fusions for Solar Kitchen reward levels and accessories purchased through Backerkit, will be shipping over the next two weeks.

• All Chill specific add-ons purchased through BackerKit (extra powerbanks, 30W, Solar Tables) will be fulfilled in January.

• Please exercise patience as several items are still outside of our control

Your GoSun Chill is on its way.  Thanks for your patience; good things come to those who are able to wait.  US shipments are headed out of our California warehouse this week so you should see yours within a week or so.

Here is the plan for your Chill's delivery: 

• You should see email updates with tracking info in the next week 
• Most of you have completed the BackerKit survey. If not, please finish filling out or changing your Survey on BackerKit
• Chills will begin shipping in this week, early December, including reward levels for Chill, Chill + FlexSolar and Solar Kitchens

Chill Shipping Update

Your GoSun Chill is done, and now awaiting a vessel to ship across the oceans.  Although there are some things out of our control, we are planning to deliver around the end of November, into early December.  You will receive tracking info via email.  International orders and the Solar Table may be delayed with shipping into mid or late December.   Please email [email protected] if you have questions or you don't see your GoSun Chill by mid December.

GoSun's office north of San Francisco, CA has been running on GoSun products since it's been cut from power for the past five days.  We don't know exactly how to help all those affected, so we've applied a deep discount (applied at checkout) to our entire website through the end of the month.
